As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead our restaurant, creating amazing dining experiences that keep guests returning. You'll manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring top‑notch quality and service. Your role involves planning and executing strategies to make every guest visit memorable. With your leadership, you'll inspire and grow a talented team, while also driving the restaurant's financial success and community presence. Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively plan, achieve goals, juggle multiple tasks, and manage time. Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. Communication Skills: Employ strong communication skills to express ideas clearly and ensure that instructions are conveyed accurately and quickly to staff and guests. This includes verbal communication and active listening. Financial Acumen: Drive financial performance by managing budgets, implementing programs to strengthen P&L, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Utilize financial reporting tools to measure efficiency and success, taking corrective actions as necessary. Leadership and Training: Lead and develop staff by providing training on service steps and drink recipes. Build community relations and lead marketing efforts, including social media and grassroots promotions. Attention to Detail: Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food and beverage products. Monitor profit and loss statements to meet objectives and recommend operational enhancements to promote excellence. Education & Experience

A BS/BA degree in a related field and 8-10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age and possess valid licenses/certifications as per Federal and/or State regulations. Expertise with a variety of F&B concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to project a professional image and maintain a positive, memorable entertainment experience for guests. Benefits
