We are seeking a seasoned Naturopathic Doctor to join our leadership team as Medical Director. This role combines patient care with clinical leadership to ensure the highest standards of integrative, evidence-based, and compassionate medicine.

Responsibilities
Provide direct naturopathic patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing follow-up
Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality standards of care
Offer clinical guidance and leadership to medical staff and multidisciplinary team members
Collaborate with team members for integrated treatment planning
Contribute to business development, practice growth, and community outreach initiatives
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, clinic policies, medical ethics, and safety
Support staff development through mentoring, training, and case consultation
Qualifications
Licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State (or eligible) - priority given to dual-licensed ND, LAc providers
5+ years of clinical experience in naturopathic/functional medicine preferred
Previous leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience strongly preferred
Expertise in integrative, holistic, and evidence-based care
Previous experience in a concierge medicine model preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and team members
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented clinical culture
Compensation $90,000 - $150,000 per year
