CT/X-Ray Technologist – Full Time

The Radiology Tech completes high‑quality imaging on a variety of patients requiring X‑Ray and/or CT studies. The role supports facility quality metrics, patient safety, and team communication. Key Responsibilities
Produce diagnostic images using appropriate scan protocols and maintain repeat/retake
Participate in QA activities, including patient logs and RIS forms. Ensure patient safety: pre‑screen radiation contraindications, contrast injections, and aseptic injection techniques. Maintain proactive communication with patients and providers regarding findings and test results. Check equipment operation, keep the table clean, and prevent cross‑contamination. Adhere to organizational values, protocols, and information security policies. Support facility leadership and lead Rad Tech; complete daily checklists and morning huddles. Accurately complete clinical inventory, facility education, and training. Qualifications
Education
Associate’s degree (preferred). 1 Year experience. Certifications & Licenses
Active State of Florida license Active AART certification Active BLS certification Experience
Must hold an active BLS certification. Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screen and drug test. Must be successfully credentialed within each facility where shifts will be performed. Must work independently in a fast‑paced environment; able to stand up to a 12‑hour shift. Ability to travel between local facilities (50‑mile radius) to cover shifts. Physical Requirements
