Pay:
$21.50 – $23.50 / hour (Depending on Experience)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Team as a Wound Care Nurse. Current
Wound Care Certification is required, or within 90 days.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments
Developing individualized care plans for patients
Maintaining open communication with patients and families
Providing and overseeing appropriate wound care
Assisting with medications and treatments as needed
Performing additional patient care duties as assigned
