Lead estimating efforts across a wide range of commercial projects Build cost models and collaborate with owners, architects, and internal teams Manage and mentor a high-performing preconstruction team Oversee workload distribution, quality control, and deliverables Drive innovation in process improvement, Lean practices, and virtual design Play a key role in RFP responses and interview presentations What You Bring
10+ years in preconstruction or estimating, with 5+ years in a leadership role Bachelor7s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or similar Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and preconstruction processes Familiarity with modern estimating tools and construction technology Passion for collaboration, precision, and delivering on the details Why You’ll Love MCL
