Compensation: base $76,000–$90,000 with total compensation $88,000–$101,000+ (depending on experience and fit). Relocation/sign‑on bonus available. Responsibilities

Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments, goals, and safety within scope of practice. Evaluate physical and functional status, including cognitive and perceptual abilities, to determine patient capabilities and plan care accordingly. Document all evaluations, treatments, and care coordination per facility policies. Independently manage your own caseload to maximize overall care effectiveness. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies. Support special projects and other activities aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. What You Will Need To Bring To The Table

Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months. Commitment to high‑quality patient care. Willingness to develop your skills and support teammates’ growth. Qualifications & Benefits
