Base salary $76,000 - $90,000+. Total compensation $87,000 - $101,000+. Relocation and sign-on bonus available.
New Graduate Program Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy supports new grads across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. The two-year PT Cohort Program connects, develops, and elevates physical therapists with collaborative learning, curated mentorship, and a roadmap unique to each career path.
Mentorship & Residency 48 hours 1:1 mentorship with seasoned physical therapists. APTA Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program offers full salary, 90% pass rate on OCS board certification, completion of COMT certification through NAIOMT, strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, pattern recognition and manual therapy skills, 150 hours mentorship.

Providing education and counseling to patients/families regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
Interactive Wellness Program with rewards for balanced, healthy living.
Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function safely.
Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
Commitment to top quality patient care.
Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills.
