Position Summary As a member of the Network Operations Analytics team you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of analytic solutions. You will evolve our current analytical competencies which monitor our claims production environment. By enabling data‑driven strategic decision‑making you will identify opportunities for improving existing products and developing new ones. You will translate business needs into analytic questions, use SQL to access data and develop robust, insightful data visualizations with tools such as Power BI, Tableau and similar platforms.

Essential Job Functions

Design and implement robust analytic and reporting solutions to support the identified needs.

Query data, design summary data layers, construct and manipulate large datasets to support analysis using SQL, Python and other tools.

Access existing data, identify data gaps and collaborate with data strategy and business partners to develop approaches to closing the data gaps.

Build dynamic dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.

Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze needs and requirements.

Conduct analyses of the data, ranging from descriptive reports to statistical analyses to predictive modeling.

Communicate complex technical subjects to technical and non‑technical audiences, including training analytic and business users on how to use data layers and reporting tools, and developing documentation and training materials.

Tailor analytic solution to the specific client needs and constraints of delivery timelines.

Apply creativity in developing analytic solutions based on available data sources and in representing analytic findings in reports, tools and other media to support most effective translation.

Communicate analytic findings in a variety of formats (reports, PowerPoint), including visualization of data and findings, formulate recommendations, and effectively present the results to non‑analytic audiences.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analysis constructing analytic solutions to business problems (experience with administrative claims data such as pharmacy or medical claims a plus).

2+ years of experience developing analytic and reporting methodology.

2+ years of experience using SQL or similar methods to access, extract, manipulate and summarize data.

1+ years of experience building Power BI or Tableau dashboards to reflect business analytic needs.

1+ year of experience working directly with business partners to understand the business needs and translating those needs into analytic solutions.

2+ years of experience communicating complex technical subjects to non‑technical audiences via both written and oral communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Independent, curious, eager to tackle a wide variety of problems, and able to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and underlying data sources.

Familiarity with pharmacy workflow and claims adjudication.

Experience as a project lead with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative analytic approaches leveraging all available internal and external data sources.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience developing, testing, documenting and maintaining standardized outcome metrics meeting diverse business needs.

Experience developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining methodologies for standardized and repeatable reporting for internal and external audiences.

Ability to interact with and influence decision‑making by non‑analytical business audiences.

Working knowledge of statistical methods and the ability to apply them in appropriate use cases (e.g. predictive analytics).

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, as needed, per business needs.

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range $66,330.00 – $159,120.00 (base annual salary)
