Overview We are hiring for a night shift nurse supervisor (LPN or RN). Available shifts: Monday - Friday with a steady rotation of working every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident’s needs and qualifications
Administer medications
Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
Document treatments as required
Ensure supplies are used economically and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Graduate of accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing
One year of nursing experience is preferred
Valid RN or LPN license in state of Missouri
Valid CPR certification
Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
Pay, Benefits and Perks
$15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidate. Sign-on bonus is paid out over 12 monthly payments.
Night Shift Differential Pay is an additional $1.50 / hour
PTO+ after 30 days of employment; accrual increases with continued employment (full-time only)
Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)
6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full-time employees
Up to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs
Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift
401(k) retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment
