Unit Manager (LPN or RN) up to $12,000 sign-on bonus. Join MGM Healthcare to lead nursing care in a senior living setting. Responsibilities
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing Provide services that meet or exceed company and regulatory standards Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly Assign nursing care to team members according to residents’ needs and team capabilities Administer medications Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents Document treatments as required Ensure supplies are used economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Graduate of accredited RN or LPN school of nursing One year of nursing experience preferred Valid RN or LPN license for Missouri Valid CPR certification Working email address and phone number for employer communication Effective communication with residents, families, and all levels of the organization Ability to react decisively in emergencies and maintain confidentiality Knowledge of clinical staff training techniques Ability to work cooperatively as a team member Pay, Benefits & Perks
$12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying RN candidates $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying LPN candidates Competitive pay based on experience Shift differential pay at participating locations PTO+ after 30 days; PTO accrual increases with tenure PTO earned for quarterly perfect attendance 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday Up to $5,000 per year educational reimbursement for approved programs Take home up to 75% of net wages at end of shift 401(k) with company-matched contributions Medical (Teledoc included), dental, vision, life and other voluntary insurances Contests and monthly employee appreciation events EEO Statement
