You will be at the forefront of providing specialized and compassionate care to patients undergoing chemotherapy. This role involves responsibilities focused on ensuring patient well-being and supporting them through their cancer treatment journey. CLICK HERE . Eligible for Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.00 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4/10-hour shifts. As a successful candidate, you will: Assess patients’ health status before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion sessions, including monitoring vital signs and symptoms. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs and treatment regimen. Administer chemotherapy and provide support to patients and families regarding treatment, side effects, and self-care strategies, offering emotional support throughout the process. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, schedule follow-up appointments, and ensure seamless treatment transitions. Assist patients in managing side effects and complications, collaborating with healthcare providers to address symptoms. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outpatient infusion clinic care.
