At BridgePoint+, the Certified Nursing Assistant is a vital member of the healthcare team who provides direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. The CNA performs basic nursing care and assists patients/residents with daily living activities, delivering superior customer service as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Assist patients/residents with daily living activities to support recovery and well-being. Demonstrate strong customer service skills as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Support a warm, welcoming environment and contribute to patient healing and wellness. Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of a nursing assistant course. Licenses/Certification:
Valid Washington, D.C. CNA. CPR/BLS Required. Experience:
6 months CNA experience in a Sub-Acute or Acute setting preferred. Safety:
Safety Sensitive - Designated Position. About BridgePoint
