Our Adult Health Careers program seeks a dynamic leader to oversee our Adult Nursing Education programs. This role is ideal for registered nurse professionals eager to lead and positively impact future healthcare professionals.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and oversee daily student activities within the adult health careers & services program, supervising clinical and classroom instructors as well as support staff.
Collaborate with the director to develop lesson plans, finalize syllabi, and coordinate SIMS lab and clinical rotation schedules at healthcare facilities, providing hands-on practical experience.
Manage all aspects of adult student management, including oversight of student systems, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary practices.
Lead a collaborative team dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in health care.

Master’s degree in nursing with at least 5 years of paid RN experience, including one year in nursing education or staff development.
Ability to lead nursing educators in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, scheduling, and regulatory knowledge.
Effective communication skills for leading and providing feedback.
A collaborative spirit aimed at student success in nursing careers.
A passion for contributing to student and program success.
