$7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs , with prorated bonuses for part-time employees. Our hospital cares for over 100,000 patients annually and has a level II Trauma Center. Position Overview:
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN provides routine nursing care to adult/geriatric residents, adhering to policies and the mission of Catholic Health Services. Responsibilities include: Assisting in new employee orientation Practicing within the LPN scope of practice Reporting resident status changes to RNs Monitoring vital signs, medication administration, lab values, and resident safety Providing education to residents, families, and documenting accordingly Updating resident care plans and transcribing physician orders Reconciling medications and participating in resident feeding and dining oversight Salary Range:
USD $31.86 - USD $39.83 per hour.
