We are looking for a compassionate RN to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide medical support to our clients in their homes.

Earn upwards of $100k per year (based on full-time hours & must be able to drive to referrals within our service area)

The corporate office is located in Southfield, MI, and the individual will support our service area within the Tri-County region (Oakland, Macomb & Wayne).
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved nursing program and licensed in Michigan
Minimum of one year nursing experience
Kinnser - EMR experience preferred
Home Healthcare experience preferred
Experience with wound vac, PICC line, and mediport care is a plus
Pediatric experience is desirable
Responsibilities
Provide services according to the plan of care
Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations
Develop and revise the plan of care as needed
Administer skilled nursing care and preventive procedures
Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
Coordinate services and inform staff of patient condition changes
Counsel patients and families
Participate in in-service training and quality improvement activities
Adhere to agency policies and procedures
Manage orders, certifications, and discharge summaries
Refer patients to other healthcare professionals as needed
Supervise and educate nursing staff
Participate in patient care conferences and peer reviews
Take on-call duties as assigned
Complete required assessments and documentation accurately and timely
Working Environment Indoor office work and home visits, with travel within the service area.
