Clinical Trainer III
to design, develop, and lead training programs that elevate individual capabilities and enhance organizational performance across our health system. What You’ll Do
Assess, design, and deliver engaging training and development programs to support clinical and non-clinical staff. Serve as a subject matter expert for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and functionality, ensuring end‑users are confident and compliant. Develop training manuals, multimedia materials, and interactive modules using best‑in‑class instructional design principles. Facilitate in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and train‑the‑trainer programs. Evaluate learning outcomes and make data‑driven recommendations for program improvement. Partner with leadership to align training strategies with organizational goals and compliance standards, including HIPAA. What You Bring

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred. ✅
Experience:
At least 5 years in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting. ✅
Skills:
Strong facilitation, communication, and instructional design expertise with advanced MS Office proficiency. ✅
Certifications (Preferred):
CPLP, CPTM, CTC, Six Sigma, or similar credentials. ✅
