Arosa , a national provider of in‑home care and care management services. This remote, part‑time, hourly RN Care Manager role supports client care, clinical leadership, and community outreach in Southern Wake County, NC.
Responsibilities
Oversee all in‑home caregivers, providing routine supervisory visits per State Regulations.
Mentor and guide caregivers within assigned region.
Educate caregivers, staff, and clients on clinical issues ranging from disease process to hands‑on tasks.
Perform in‑home nursing tasks including wound care, medication administration, catheterizations, PICC dressing changes, and blood draws.
Conduct initial assessments, consults, and performance management.
Lead community outreach, support, and care management services.
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.
Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of employment.
Minimum two (2) years experience in geriatrics, home care, home health, and/or care management.
Ability to work in a team environment and interface professionally with client committees.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PC literacy required.
Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance required.
