Nursery Responsibilities / Attributes
Graduation from Nurse Practitioner program, Master\'s degree in nursing, with certification as a Nurse Practitioner required Current licensure to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse & Nurse Practitioner in NYS Previous Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experience desirable or a combination of related experiences in progressively advancing nursing practice and leadership roles NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification acquired prior to start date or obtained during orientation Compassionate, warm and patient focused Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision Exceptional documentation skills and professional behavior Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Offerings
Lucrative compensation Paid malpractice with tail coverage Additional benefits; Relocation services; Loan forgiveness and pension plan 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME Comprehensive health benefits Pay Range
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
