Position Overview
Patient Services Specialist 2
– University of Washington (UW Medicine). Full‑time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) on a day shift. This regular position offers the opportunity to make a difference for patients and employees at UW Medicine Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic Roosevelt location. Primary Responsibilities
Provide staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging. Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments. Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information. Partner with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery. Other duties as requested. Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent. One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience AND an equivalent combination of education/experience. Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range
– Minimum: $43,236.00 annual; Maximum: $59,976.00 annual. Benefits
