Join to apply for the Physical Therapy Assistant role at CareOne Location: Brookline, MA CareOne is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to support resident care in long term care, short term rehab, skilled nursing, and sub-acute care settings. This role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to manage and deliver rehabilitation services. Responsibilities
Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care within general accepted practice methods, meeting center, state, federal, and accrediting standards. Evaluate residents’ needs and establish effective and efficient treatment plans for the residents assigned. Coordinate supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicated. Participate in screening of residents according to scheduled practices. Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues. Participate in center-directed processes and services. Manage treatment and non-treatment related activities effectively. Complete clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely billing records to meet regulatory requirements. Assist with marketing efforts as directed. Participate in in-service training programs as requested. May travel to other facilities to provide services. Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice Prefer experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation Prefer knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings About Us & Benefits
