Location: Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights. Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays. On-site presence required. Overview
Neurophysiology Technologist II (Adults and Peds) participates in state-of-the-art neurodiagnostic studies and serves as a resource to patients, physicians, and fellow technologists within the epilepsy/clinical neurophysiology unit under the supervision of Clinical Neurophysiology management. Responsibilities
Connect and disconnect EEGs for adult and pediatric patients in the epilepsy unit. Operate and support a range of neurodiagnostic studies as part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two years of neurodiagnostic technician experience OR graduation from an accredited electroneurodiagnostic technology program (CAAHEP) OR ABRET END training program. American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostics Technologists (ABRET) registry eligible. Knowledge of applicable computer operating systems and software. Preferred Criteria
Two years of college experience. Additional Information
