Job Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to patients and medical staff by interpreting and preparing medication orders from health care providers; and assuring that pharmaceuticals dispensed are in accordance ICHS standards, policies and procedures, and federal and state laws, regulations and standards. This position is also responsible to ensure patients receive safe and appropriate medication therapy, with a focus on quality customer service and sensitivity.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy program; State of Washington Pharmacist License.
Experience
- Prefer at least 1 year of pharmacy practice experience. Bilingual preferred.
Other Requirement(s)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS). Seniority level
