We offer Competitive salary for the Seattle/Puget Sound region “Share the success” bonuses Insurance premiums 100% paid by ICHS Paid time off accrual up to 200 hours annually with up to 264 hours rollover year to year Automatic 4% retirement contribution 9 paid holidays a year, including 2 personal holidays Reimbursement for professional licensure Job Summary This position is a member of the Behavioral Health team, represents behavioral health on the Leadership Team, and under the direction of the Behavioral Health Director is responsible for the clinical oversight of ICHS' Primary Care Behavioral Health services. This position is 75% administrative and 25% clinical. The responsibilities of the behavioral health supervisor include, but are not limited to, the clinical oversight of integrated primary care behavioral health services within the Primary Care- Behavioral Health model of care. This position will develop and oversee practicum/internship/teaching programs; assist with onboarding new behavioral health providers; provide required clinical supervision for associate level behavioral health providers required for independent licensure; provide clinical feedback and support to independently licensed behavioral health providers; and collaborate with behavioral health providers to ensure clinical benchmarks for quality care, productivity, and program sustainability are met to ensure behavioral health services are provided in accordance with program contracts and credentialing expectations. Additionally, the behavioral health supervisor provides clinical care and functions as a member of the collaborative care team that includes the patient, primary care provider, behavioral health provider, consulting psychiatrist, and other clinic staff. Education
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other related field (Counseling, Marriage and Family therapy) required. Meets Washington State Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) certification. Meets Washington State requirements and qualifications as an approved supervisor Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in behavioral health service delivery in a community health or community behavioral health setting. Other Requirement(s)
- Active License to practice in Washington State: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD). Fluency in Cantonese or Vietnamese or other Asian/Pacific Islander language preferred. Seniority level
