Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting. Triages safely, rapidly and accurately for every patient entering the emergency care system. Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow. Communicate with Emergency Department physicians about changes in patient status, symptoms, and results of diagnostic studies. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing At least two (2) years of experience as an RN in hospital Medical/Surgery or similar unit RN, current in the State of Texas BLS, ACLS, PALS USPI complies with federal, state, and local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
