Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. What We\'re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate\'s Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, with relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; at least one year of healthcare experience (not mandatory). Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred). Strong clinical interviewing skills. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines a plus. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided). Our Ideal Team Member
