90% FTE, Monday-Friday with core hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Off on Monday AM and Thursday AM. Hours may vary based on departmental needs.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and outpatient care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to:
Work with the largest colon and rectal surgery specialty group in Wisconsin. Provide care to adult colorectal surgery patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive patient care. Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements and scope of practice, including high resolution anoscopy, anoscopy, I&D abscess, hemorrhoid banding, and wound I&D.
Minimum Qualifications:
If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum qualifications include:
If Nurse Practitioner:
Active RN and APNP license in Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Acute Care or Adult, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care.
If Physician Assistant:
Active PA license in Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.
All applicants must have or be able to obtain an active DEA license prior to or upon hire.
