Base Compensation : $76,000 – $90,000+ with a total compensation package of $87,000 – $101,000+. Relocation/sign‑on bonus available.

Full, regular salary while completing the program
Over 90% pass rate on the OCS Board Certification Exam (cost included)
Completion of the COMT certification through NAIOMT
Strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, pattern recognition, and manual therapy skills
150 hours of mentorship

Responsibilities
Providing education and counseling to patients/families regarding treatments, goals, and potential safety risks.
Evaluating physical and functional status, including psychological and perceptual ability to determine patient capabilities to function safely.
Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via facility policies.
Managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and facility policies.
Supporting special projects and other activities as assigned to support the organization’s mission and core values.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist license or anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
Commitment to top‑quality patient care.
