Villa at Green Lake Estates is seeking a Nurse Manager LPN to join their team. The Nurse Manager LPN manages the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and any requirements set by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Responsibilities
Manages nursing staff, schedules, performance reviews, and policy enforcement, coaching and corrective action as needed.
Responsible for recruitment, training, clinical orientation, supervision, scheduling, time cards, and personnel issues in the nursing department.
Collaborates with administration, medical and nursing staff, therapy department, and other related departments in care planning.
Develops and maintains care standards.
Conducts frequent rounds to monitor resident/patient conditions and ensures nursing personnel perform assignments according to acceptable standards.
Provides and receives nursing reports upon shift transition.
Makes sure work areas (nurse station, medication cart, medication room) and treatment areas are clean and sanitary.
Ensures care notes are informative, descriptive, and reflect resident response.
Monitors residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status.
Adheres to company policies regarding HIPAA compliance.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
CPR trained and current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and team development skills.
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under stress.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Organizes and prioritizes work, delegating to others.
Follows infection control standards, policies, and procedures.
Adapts to a flexible work schedule and occasional overnight travel.
Education and Experience
Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Long‑Term care and MDS experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, extended sitting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling with or without mechanical devices.
Meet all health requirements as needed.
