Responsibilities
Provide clinical and technical expertise, education, and product training to customers in both virtual and onsite settings.
Develop extensive knowledge of the employer's prosthetic portfolio to guide customers on fitting procedures.
Assist with patient care activities and manage complex fittings through the Cooperative Care program.
Collaborate with the Education Team to create and deliver educational curriculum, including webinars and onsite trainings.
Act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments for information transfer and technical input.
Qualifications
ABC Certified Prosthetist or Prosthetist/Orthotist.
BS, Certificate, or MPO/MS in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
State licensure in state of residence (if applicable).
Minimum of 5 years of practical clinical experience in prosthetics, with upper and lower limb experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and various virtual platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with public speaking as an instructor or trainer.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and show initiative in developing projects.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Valid passport for international travel.
