PCS Clinical Specialist, Prosthetics (South-Central or Southeast Region) role at Ottobock. Remote from home office with required travel. The ideal candidate must be located in the South-Central or Southeast region of the U.S., including: TX, AR, OK, LA, MS, SC, NC, AL, GA, FL. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated ABC Certified Prosthetist for the role of Clinical Specialist, Prosthetics. This position provides clinical and technical expertise, education, and product training to internal and external customers to grow the prosthetic business unit. The Clinical Specialist serves as the clinical connection between our prosthetic products, internal departments, customers, and end-users. Location: Remote from home office; travel required. Responsibilities

Assist customers (virtually and onsite) in the clinical environment by educating patients and clinicians, directing care, and conducting trials to support clinical application of our prosthetic products and fitting techniques. Develop broad-based technical and clinical knowledge of Ottobock prosthetic portfolio to educate customers on fitting indications and procedures. Provide product troubleshooting support to customers via phone or MS Teams. Assist with patient care activities and manage complex fittings through the Cooperative Care program and via strategic visits (onsite and virtual) with customers. Collaborate with the Education Team to develop and deliver educational curriculum, including online education, live webinars, onsite clinical seminars, regional trainings at remote locations, and technical presentations/workshops at professional meetings and NA headquarters in Austin, TX. Train and onboard internal Principle Territory Managers on product features to support a successful sales strategy in the field. Provide internal education and clinical expertise for Reimbursement, Technical Support, and Customer Service Departments. Act as a liaison for information transfer between customers and Professional Clinical Services, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management; provide technical input for current or future prosthetic development projects. Provide technical support to the custom fabrication department as needed. Create technical and clinical resources, articles, or other professional documents for Ottobock products and fitting techniques for internal and external use. Qualifications

Required Skills

Confident with advanced prosthetic technology and complex fittings. Adaptable to diverse clinical trainings in varying environments. Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with team, external customers, and patients. Experience with public speaking as an instructor or trainer. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and develop projects to meet future needs. Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Demonstrated abstract problem-solving and critical thinking. Proficient with MS Office and multiple virtual platforms. Must have valid passport for international travel. Education, Experience & Licensing

ABC Certified Prosthetist or Prosthetist/Orthotist. BS, Certificate or MPO/MS in Prosthetics and Orthotics. State licensure in state of residence (if applicable). 5 years practical clinical experience in prosthetics (upper and lower limb experience preferred). Physical Demands And Working Conditions

60% domestic travel (+ potential international travel for internal trainings). Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Compensation and Benefits
