Responsibilities
Support and perform install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting IT infrastructure in various environments.
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Document processes and solutions.
Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
Coordinate workflow with scheduling.
Develop workaround procedures when standard procedures fail and ensure resolution.
Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Ability to use a ladder.
