Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Come join one of the largest Mechanical Contractors in the Northeast. Servicing the Industrial and Commercial Markets including Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12 Schools, Municipal and Commercial office buildings.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, particularly within the construction and mechanical fields, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of Project Management experience with a focus in the Mechanical space. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Proficient in MS Office and various construction management software applications.
