We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager / Project Engineer to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives. This remote role requires strong communication, technical, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, while managing resources, timelines, and project risks from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Monitor progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as needed Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a project management or project engineering role Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote setting Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications are a plus Preferred Qualifications
Experience working remotely with distributed teams Industry-specific knowledge (construction, IT, software, manufacturing, etc.) Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration What We Offer
