Part-Time Project Manager
to oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing timelines, resources, and communications, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Facilitate regular check-ins, stand-ups, and update meetings with team members Manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary to leadership Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external partners or vendors Track project performance, analyzing outcomes to improve future projects Maintain detailed project documentation Requirements 2+ years of project management experience (part-time or full-time) Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project) Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project management, business, or related field Preferred Qualifications PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification Experience in the industry Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies What We Offer Flexible part-time hours (10–20 hours/week, depending on project load) Remote or hybrid work options Opportunity to work with a collaborative, innovative team Competitive hourly rate We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
