Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Floor Supervisor to join our injection molding team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, driving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Key Responsibilities
Supervise production floor operations and machine operators. Monitor and enforce standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Oversee and conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met. Drive machine efficiency through monitoring, adjustments, and problem-solving. Coordinate with team leads and management to meet production goals and deadlines. Provide training, support, and performance feedback to operators. Qualifications
Previous experience in plastic injection molding is a positive; however training is available. Strong leadership and communication skills. Hands-on knowledge of production machinery and QC processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
