Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on
Material Handling Supervisor
to lead our morning shift operations. This role is essential for managing inventory movement, ensuring raw materials and finished goods are accurately stored and delivered within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Location:
Miramar, FL
Pay:
$20.00/hour
Shifts:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday); 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead material handling team members
Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and packaging components
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using ERP systems
Ensure all materials are labeled and stored according to GMP guidelines
Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse departments
Enforce safety and cleanliness standards across the work area
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in material handling/logistics
Experience in pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated industry preferred
Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and material traceability
High School Diploma or GED – required
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods
