Senior Business Manager Location:

New York - TBWA/WH The ideal candidate is a natural leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in business management, financial operations, account management, and/or project management in the marketing/advertising space. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Experience with financial management platforms and understanding of key business metrics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Dynamics AX experience is a bonus. Excellent planning and time management skills. Demonstrates agility and practices an agile mindset. Collaborative working style. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of large, complex clients. Partner with brand leaders for client staffing, forecasting, and pricing analyses. Analyze monthly financial statements for accuracy and explain significant variances. Drive profitability by working with client leaders and account teams to improve resource management. Lead as a subject matter expert on finance related to internal and client/brand operations. Conduct regular financial meetings across departments. Ensure projects are managed according to contracts. Manage processes for client setup and store key documents like MSAs and rate cards. Oversee pass-through costs, vendor payments, and expenses against client purchase orders. Create and maintain schedules for financial deliverables. Develop financial training documentation for brands and clients. Monitor financial operations and brand performance against KPIs. Review reports weekly for anomalies or inaccuracies. Identify trends to inform business decisions. The salary range for this role in the United States is $105,000 to $114,500, depending on experience and organizational needs. Salaries are part of the total compensation package.
