Lead Mission-Critical Programs at the Forefront of National Defense. CAES by Honeywell Mission Systems – Lansdale, PA is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead complex, customer-focused programs from concept to completion in a cutting-edge DoD-certified manufacturing environment. As a key member of our Program Leadership team, you’ll oversee a portfolio of high-visibility projects supporting defense and aerospace customers. You’ll serve as the primary interface with clients, guiding cross-functional teams through every phase—from proposal development and contract negotiation to execution, delivery, and review. This role reports directly to the Manager/Director of Programs and offers the opportunity to shape the future of defense technology in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You’ll be responsible for full lifecycle program ownership, strategic customer engagement, and driving operational excellence across advanced RF, microelectronics, and system integration projects. Your leadership will directly impact mission success, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

CAES by Honeywell Mission Systems – Lansdale, PA is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of mission-critical programs supporting national defense and aerospace customers. This is a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer success. Own full program lifecycle from proposal and contract negotiation through execution, delivery, and review Define program objectives and strategies aligned with customer requirements and company goals Establish executable plans with risk mitigation to exceed targets for orders, revenue, profitability, and cash Lead cross-functional teams and IPTs to fulfill contractual obligations with precision and accountability Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, relationship-building, and issue resolution Coordinate internal resources and subcontracts to optimize manpower, materials, and program outcomes Conduct regular performance reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions Champion continuous improvement by challenging inefficiencies, refining processes, and investing in team development Apply financial analysis and trade studies to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic decisions Who You Are

Minimum: Bachelor\'s Degree in a related discipline and 5 years’ work experience within the DoD industry or a Master\'s Degree with 3 years’ experience Experience managing $1M+ US Defense related programs Strong financial acumen related to proposal pricing, contract negotiations and estimating costs at completion Experience developing and managing program schedules Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships with strong customer rapport and trust Experience driving program performance against business and customer goals Must be a U.S. Person under export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license) as this role requires access to controlled technology Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance Preferred: Bachelor\'s Degree in a related discipline and 5+ years’ DoD experience or Master\'s Degree with 3+ years Experience as Program Manager on Antennas, Precision Positioners, and/or RF/Microwave programs with the DoD Multi-discipline experience in Program Management, Operations Management, Business Development, or Engineering B.S in Engineering PMI Certification Active DoD SECRET clearance We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. Program Manager III: $103,218.83 - $154,828.24; Program Manager IV: $118,701.65 - $178,052.48. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on location, job function, education, and experience. Benefits and Company Information
