to lead a high-impact merchant coalition initiative. This is a
permanent role based in Kansas , offering flexible hybrid working (2 days/week onsite). You’ll be joining a fast-paced fintech environment where your work will directly influence customer engagement, partner success, and long-term product growth. What You’ll Be Doing
Own the product vision and roadmap for a merchant coalition platform focused on delivering measurable value to customers and partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to shape and deliver scalable product features. Engage directly with merchant partners, understanding their business goals and integrating them into the product strategy. Drive customer experience, ensuring the platform is intuitive, rewarding, and easy to use across multiple merchant touchpoints. Use data and analytics to optimize performance, identify opportunities, and report on key metrics such as engagement, redemption, and partner ROI. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the product. Ensure product features and workflows align with
KYC, KYB, and AML compliance requirements , working closely with legal and risk teams. Support the integration of identity verification, transaction monitoring, and risk scoring capabilities into the platform. What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within fintech, payments, or customer engagement platforms. Proven ability to work with external partners (e.g. merchants, retailers) and build value-driven relationships. Experience working with
KYC/KYB/AML frameworks , including regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term delivery. Why Join?
