Procurement Systems Administrator / Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain

Under general direction of the Procurement Systems Manager, assists in the management and maintenance of application-level software within Procurement and Materials Management (PMM) by implementing and maintaining automated and manual systems including specifying, testing, debugging, and documenting system configurations; provides end-user support. Works closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, support testing, and ensure system performance. Job Overview Principal Duties And Responsibilities Supports the management and maintenance of procurement related systems including administration, configuration, upgrades, code migration, performance monitoring, system support, and end-user support. Supports procurement systems configuration such as bug analysis, patch testing, impact analysis, support requirements analysis, and customization design. Monitors and measures the performance and health of procurement systems, responds accordingly when systems fail to meet desired metrics, and identifies configuration issues and corrective action to mitigate system impacts. Reviews current and proposed software systems to ensure compatibility with other software systems and future business needs. Provides emergency on-call response for one or more procurement applications. Collaborates with IT Quality Assurance to review test plans and test criteria to ensure all aspects of new and/or existing systems adhere to functional and non-functional requirements, and coordinates user acceptance testing and sign off upon successful completion. Analyzes and documents user/business workflows, and develops data mapping, business process flows and other related diagrams, as needed. Maintains system documentation and monitors traceability of business requirements. Monitors scope change requests and conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications encountered during the life of the project. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field. Three (3) plus years of business systems analysis experience. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing cross organizational business process flows. Knowledge of the principles and practices of systems analysis and design, including software development and documentation. Skill in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and Visio. Skill in performing specialized configuration tasks requiring technical proficiency in areas such as databases, data communications, and minicomputers to ensure the integrity, reliability and availability of procurement systems with a goal of maximizing system up-time. Skill in the configuration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules and tools, Responsive Self-Service Procurement (RSSP), Inventory Management, Oracle Business Network configuration, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Oracle Business Publisher, Oracle Business Process Management workflows, and Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Project Costing. Ability to plan and develop time and cost estimates for project activities. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization. Ability to perform complex data analytics, generate dashboards, and design and develop reports. Desirable Oracle Certified Professional. Knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of Supply Chain Management. Special Requirement Must obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Airport Identification/Access Badge (badge) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements in Chapter 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1500 et al. and DFW Airport’s Airport Security Program within thirty (30) days from date of employment and maintain qualification for a SIDA badge upon each badge renewal.
