If you’re passionate about developing your career while helping others, come join the Broadridge team. We are seeking an HRIS Reporting Analyst to enhance our HR analytics and reporting function. In this cross-functional role, you’ll develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data sets sourced from our HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, and others) and a centralized data warehouse (Snowflake). You’ll partner with HR stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights while ensuring data accuracy, quality, and governance, including adherence to data compliance standards for domestic and international requirements (GDPR, etc.). This is an excellent fit for someone with hands-on Power BI and HRIS experience who’s ready to grow while helping us advance HR analytics at Broadridge. Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and actionable data sets for key HR metrics and trends. Work with IT to connect, integrate and manage HR data from HRIS and other data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms. Perform data modeling, transformation, and DAX calculations including PowerQuery to support reporting needs. Apply best practices in data governance, data quality, documentation, and data compliance throughout reporting processes (including international data privacy regulations). Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders from our HR Centers of Excellence to gather requirements, improve reporting, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing analytics needs. Develop and maintain documentation, training resources, and quick reference guides to help users navigate and leverage Power BI dashboards, shared datasets, and analytics. Contribute ideas and improvements as we evolve our HR analytics approach. Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of all data visualizations and datasets. Document reporting processes, data models, and solutions for knowledge sharing and continuity. Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business initiatives. Experience

Practical experience creating dashboards and views from multiple data sets in Power BI (portfolio or samples are a plus), including alerts and KPIs. Well-versed and experienced with security in Snowflake and Power BI, including role-based and row access policies. Understanding of HR data, data quality, data governance concepts, and domestic/international data compliance (e.g., GDPR, data privacy laws). Experience working with HRIS data integration; familiarity with Workday and Snowflake is beneficial. Experience developing data standards and formulating metrics for reporting. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to innovate and learn in an evolving environment. Effective analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Certification in Power BI, HR Analytics, or related field is a plus but not required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI. Experience with cloud-based SaaS HR systems (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) is required. Experience working with large or complex datasets from a variety of sources. Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization best practices. Familiarity with SQL or similar query languages is an asset. Experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high data quality and compliance. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate HR requirements for technical audiences. Ability to manage projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and ownership. Certification in Power BI, HR Analytics, or related field is a plus but not required. Salary range $110,000.00 - $125,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
