Reporting & Power BI Analyst – HR Function
– We are seeking our new Reporting & Power BI Analyst to join the Axway team in Noida, India. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making. It ensures data accuracy, supports HR analytics initiatives, and enables stakeholders to make informed workforce-related decisions. Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, clean, and validate HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll, recruitment systems). Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools. Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and business partners.
Power BI Development
Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, recruitment KPIs). Optimize data models for performance and scalability. Implement row-level security and governance standards for sensitive HR data.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide training and support to HR users on Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
Data Governance & Compliance
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with GDPR and company policies. Document processes, data sources, and reporting standards.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes. Stay updated on Power BI features and HR analytics best practices.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Pivot). Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
HR Knowledge
Understanding of HR processes and metrics (recruitment, turnover, diversity, compensation).
Analytical Skills
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Familiarity with data visualization best practices. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR). Key Metrics for Success
Accuracy and timeliness of HR reports. Adoption and usage of Power BI dashboards by HR stakeholders. Reduction in manual reporting efforts through automation. Company Overview
