Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions . We are seeking Physician Assistants to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members. This role primarily involves weekend work, with occasional weekdays, in the State of _________, on an "as needed" basis. Under The Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following: U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Army National Guard (ARNG) U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR) U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR) Air National Guard (ANG) U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR) Responsibilities include: Supporting physical health assessments of military personnel. Reviewing health history, medical records, and questionnaires. Interviewing service members to identify medical concerns. Addressing immediate concerns, including behavioral health. Documenting interview results using a proprietary system. Requirements include: Active PA license in the state CPR/BLS Certification Experience with primary, urgent care, or occupational health (preferred) Experience with mobile medical services (preferred) Knowledge of military systems and protocols (preferred) Ability to work in fast-paced environments, including remote military installations Extended hours and travel, including weekends (preferred) Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills Note: Diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications is not required.
