Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions . We are seeking Physician Assistants to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to military service members. Description We primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays, in the state of _________ on an "as needed" basis. Under The Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following: U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Army National Guard (ARNG) U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR) U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR) Air National Guard (ANG) U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR) Responsibilities: Support physical health assessments of military personnel. Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires. Interview service members to identify current and past medical concerns. Address immediate concerns, including behavioral health issues. Document interview results for readiness classification using a proprietary system. Requirements: Active PA license in the state CPR/BLS certification Experience with primary, urgent, or occupational health (preferred) Experience with mobile medical services (preferred) Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred) Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high volumes of service members Flexibility to work extended hours and various locations, including remote military installations Willingness to travel and weekend availability (preferred) Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills Note: Diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications is not required.
