Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate psychosocial services for patients.
Provide structured group activities and group therapy.
Work with children, adolescents, and adults as assigned.
Contribute to the interdisciplinary team with unique training in group dynamics.
Meet individually with patients or families as it relates to scope of licensure.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
Current licensure in the State of Minnesota is preferred.
Two years of experience in mental health is preferred.
Available to provide coverage for other team members when absent or as needed.
Ability to smoothly and rapidly shift between dissimilar tasks.
Skills necessary to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Ability to react quickly and calmly as part of a team.
Ability to make effective clinical and culturally informed decisions.
Compensation
Range: $24–31 per hour, depending on education and experience.
