Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. Perform administrative duties: open/close the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verify insurance, collect payment, and maintain a clean environment. Handle patient appointments and routine examinations to support positive health outcomes. Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive care plan. Encourage patients to participate in their healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management. Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in Family Medicine or primary care preferred. Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. Holistic, evidence-based care including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices. Ability to order and administer immunizations and injections (including COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. DOT certification within 30 days of employment. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) depending on the market. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, CPR and AED proficiency. Pass a FIT test and wear a provided respirator mask when required. Education
Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience (preferred). Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $41.85 - $90.13 per hour. This range represents base pay and does not include bonus, commissions or incentives. The final offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for CVS Health bonuses or incentive programs in addition to base pay. Benefits
