This is a full-time float position (30-35 hours/week including every other weekend) supporting clinics in the greater Grand Prairie / Dallas Area. Position Summary

Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment. Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes. Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Encourage patients to participate in their healthcare and wellness through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and chronic condition management. Responsibilities and Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; Family medicine or primary care experience preferred. Active Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing. Holistic, evidence-based care including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices. Order and administer immunizations and injections (including COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling and education. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Ability to be proficient in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) depending on market. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to perform CPR and operate an AED. Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator when required. Education
Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the APN role. Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related master’s degree or equivalent with BS in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the role. Note: Specific state requirements may vary. Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience preferred. Pay and Benefits
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $41.85 - $90.13 per hour (base pay). This range reflects base hourly rate or base annual salary for positions in the job grade. Actual offer depends on experience, education, geography and other factors. Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
