Nurse Practitioner - NP Primary Care

Provide primary and family evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory maintenance, patient follow‑up, verification of insurance, and collection of payment while maintaining a clean environment. Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes. Explain health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness, chronic condition management, and encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well‑being. Required Qualifications
Minimum one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred. Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment. Pass a FIT test and wear the respirator mask when protocol requires. Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience preferred. Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $41.85 - $90.13 per hour. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. Benefits
