Due to ongoing growth and expansion, the hospital is currently seeking new and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join its collaborative NICU team and provide advanced care to patients within the large, Level IV NICU. What You Will Be Doing Full-time (1.0FTE), 12-hour rotating day/night shifts with weekend and holiday coverage (as needed). Collaborate with physicians while working autonomously as an independent provider. Manage acutely ill and convalescing neonates from admission to discharge in a supportive team-based environment. All pediatric specialties represented, including ECMO, BPD, and surgical. Opportunities to attend weekly neonatal and surgery continuing education seminars and monthly Neonatal Practitioner education series. No transport responsibilities Other duties as assigned. What You Must Have (prior To Start Date) MSN degree or higher (DNP preferred) Ohio APRN licensure NCC certification as an NNP Other Information Excellent salary with ALL advanced practice experience calculated. Salary includes recognition of off-shift differentials.
