Due to ongoing growth and expansion, the hospital is currently seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join its collaborative NICU team and provide advanced care within the large, Level IV NICU.
Responsibilities
Work full-time (1.0 FTE) on 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, including weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and work autonomously as an independent provider.
Manage acutely ill and convalescing neonates from admission to discharge in a supportive team environment.
Participate in weekly neonatal and surgical continuing education seminars and monthly Neonatal Practitioner education series.
No transport responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MSN degree or higher (DNP preferred).
Ohio APRN licensure.
NCC certification as an NNP.
Additional Information
